Home Steamboat

Cooking Steamboat is easier than you think. I do it pretty often and recently I took it a step further. I added crabs. 
I also bought clams  

You can buy an assortment of steamboat items at the market / supermarket
First, boil a big pot of chicken broth. You can either use just chicken stock or add chicken carcass for more flavour. Once it starts boiling, you can start adding the steamboat ingredients little by little as you eat.
I had squids too
The clams add a lot of natural sweetness to the chicken broth
